MegaDetector UB700 - the walk-through arch that tells you WHERE, not just IF. Most entry-level arches give you one alarm for the whole body. You hear the beep, and somebody still has to check the person head to toe. The MegaDetector UB700 splits the passageway into 33 independent detection zones, so the moment someone walks through, the 7-inch LCD panel lights the exact zone - waistband, left ankle, chest pocket - and your team goes straight to it. The line moves faster and screening stays consistent no matter who is on shift. MADE TO LIVE OUTSIDE. This is the black polycarbonate build, sealed to IP65. Dust stays out and so do water jets, so it holds up to rain, blown grit and washdowns at gates that are not under a roof. It runs from -4F to 149F, which covers a winter morning at a school entrance and an August afternoon at an outdoor venue. SENSITIVE ENOUGH TO BE USEFUL, ADJUSTABLE ENOUGH TO BE PRACTICAL. The UB700 gives you 1000 sensitivity levels across a 7-9 KHz operating range. At the high end it registers objects as small as a coin. Backed down, it lets ordinary belt buckles, keys and shoe hardware through without an alarm - which is the difference between a checkpoint people respect and one they learn to ignore. Calibration is automatic. THROUGHPUT THAT MATCHES REAL TRAFFIC. Two pairs of bidirectional infrared optics read movement in both directions and support 30 to 40 people per minute. That is a workable pace for schools, government buildings, banks, hospitals, courthouses, factories, hotels, transit stations, warehouses and event entrances. SAFE TO STAND BESIDE ALL DAY.
