Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from our warehouse in Doral, FL. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on package size and destination. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address. Enjoy FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Delivery Estimates

Standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing. Larger items (such as water heaters and freight items) may take longer; the estimate is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Local Pickup (Doral, FL)

Local pickup is available at our Doral location for customers in the Miami area. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM ET.

Rental Deposits

Walkthrough metal detector rentals require a refundable deposit. Shipping and freight for rental equipment are arranged separately — our team will contact you to coordinate.

International Orders

We do ship internationally, but international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not covered by this policy. Customs duties, taxes, carrier options, and delivery times vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at sales@upromax.com before placing an international order so we can provide a custom quote and terms.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at sales@upromax.com with photos. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
