Return Policy

Items purchased at Upromax LLC may be returned by mail, can be returned within 14 days and 15 days. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.


Please print your return slip include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Upromax LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
