Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to start a return

Email us at sales@upromax.com or call (786) 491-3611 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned with all accessories and original retail packaging. Missing parts may be deducted from the refund.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund or, if you prefer, send a replacement.
• Refunds cover the items total on your invoice; original shipping costs are not refunded.

Restocking fee

If an item is returned in a different condition than it was sent (for example, sent sealed and returned opened), a restocking fee of 10-25% (typically 15%) may be deducted from the refund.
